Important reminder (buyer must read)

1. About the color of light: Many buyers are ignorant about ultraviolet light, especially for very short wavelength 365NM. Ultraviolet light belongs to invisible light. The shorter the wavelength, the weaker the light the human eye sees, so the brightness of 365nm wavelength The brightness is much lower than that of the 395nm wavelength, and the 365nm wavelength will only see faint white light or blue light, which is normal ! Never use ultraviolet light or different colors to measure UV light at different wavelengths!
2. About Curing Effect: In order to achieve the best and fastest curing effect, two conditions must be met:
First: The wavelength of the photo-curing agent contained in the UV adhesive must be the same as the wavelength emitted by the UV lamp.
Second: The ultraviolet energy emitted by the UV lamp must meet the energy required for UV curing, and the energy of the UV lamp is directly proportional to the lamp power.
3. Irradiation distance: The LED UV lamp is required to be as close as possible to the surface of the cured object. The closer the distance, the better. It is better to keep it within a distance of 0.5-1 cm. The irradiation distance too far will seriously affect the curing effect.
