If the led lights were broken in two years due to quality issues, we will repair it for free. (Excluding items damaged or misused after receipt). 4. Before returning goods, please contacts us first to discuss the issues you are having. Meanwhile please tell us what the defect is, to eliminate improper use. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back. 5. If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty. 6. Generally, we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office and EMS rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT. Normally it will take 7-15 days to return goods to us by Post Office or EMS. 7. Return shipping fee be responsible from buyer. |
