1.What to do when you receive the product?

When you receive the product, please fully charge the product before using it. Because the battery will automatically discharge during storage and transportation to protect the battery. So when you receive it, the product may be out of power, so it cannot be turned on and cannot be used.

2. Why won't the product turn on even after being fully charged?

The product is factory-locked as a special design to prevent accidental activation during storage and transportation. To lock the product, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds. The product will then be locked and unable to light up. To unlock the product, press and hold the power button for another 10 seconds. The product will resume normal operation and be ready for use.

1.Recommended Installation Method: Forward installation is recommended.

2.Risk Warning: Ceiling mounting is not advised. Excessive vibration may cause damage to the lamp and even pose a falling risk.

3.Reinforcement Solution: If ceiling mounting is absolutely necessary, be sure to use a strap for reinforcement.
