1. After receiving the lamp, it doesn't work properly.
Please charge the solar lamp first (6-8 hours). The lamp switch needs to be turned on during charging. After charging is complete, the light will automatically turn on at night. (On cloudy or rainy days, you can choose to charge via USB.)

2. How to test if the lamp is working properly during the day?
This lamp has a light sensor. When testing during the day, you need to cover the light sensor. If the ambient brightness is high and the light sensor is not covered, the lamp will flash briefly after being turned on and then turn off. This is normal and indicates that the light sensor is working correctly. Please be sure to cover the light sensor and ensure the lamp is not charging when testing.

3. The remote control is not working.
(1) There is a plastic insulation sheet at the bottom of the remote control. Please remove it for normal use.
(2) The remote control requires the lamp to be in the "on" state to work. If the lamp is not in any of the three modes, the remote control will not work.
(3) The lamp cannot be turned on while charging, whether solar charging or USB charging. If you try to use the remote control while charging, it will only flash briefly. To use the remote control, you need to wait until night when solar charging, or unplug the charging power source when USB charging.
